Second Start Learning Disabilities Program complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing this link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers

Beginning July 1, Anthem will publish the MRFs for the plans we administer and maintain. These files will be published on anthem.com/ca and will be updated on the first day of each month.

The link https://www.anthem.com/ca/machine-readable-file/search which you can add to your public website to fulfill the group health plan posting requirement, will be activated on July 1. The link will allow you to search for your files using your Employer Identification Number (EIN). The link will display links to several files including:

  • Applicable In-Network Negotiated Rate Files
  • Out-of-Network Allowed Amount Files
  • Out-of-Area Rates (applicable when members use providers in non-Anthem states.)

For more information, please visit our CAA/Transparency Resource Center.

Please note that the link will generate a 404 error until “live” data is posted. If information is displayed on the webpage(s) prior to July 1, then please disregard such information as it should be considered test data and is not intended for public consumption. Kaiser states “We are providing this link strictly as an accommodation and understand that it will be used only by the recipient and no other party.
